Advanced Scale Systems

Our MRCD System combines several technologies, including a MRCD Series In-Motion Scale Conveyor and a parallel DR Conveyor, into one powerful package. Strategic zones queue packages prior to the scale and allow operators or automated equipment to label packages after the scale without losing throughput.

Our Weight Verification System includes a MDR Series In-Motion Scale Conveyor and a pneumatic diverter arm triggered by the judgment of the package. Acceptable packages continue onto the conveyor line, while over or under-weight packages are diverted to a second path. This system is zoned to align and singulate packages before they reach the scale conveyor.

Our Receiving Scale is a MDR Series In-Motion Scale Conveyor engineered to weigh packages and make judgments based on the packages weight, height, width, length, or a combination of these factors! Ideal for warehouse receiving.

Designed to weigh packages as thin as 1/16" and as light as 1 oz, our Envelope Scale is another offering from our MDR Series In-Motion Scale Conveyors. This effective scale is robust and low-maintenance, like all of our In-Motion Weighing Systems.
